10.03.2026 - Release Notes
This release introduces Template References, allowing you to link templates to records and receive notifications when a referenced template is updated so you can review affected documents.
Template References in Records
Template References allow you to link templates (e.g. CAPA Template) to a document (e.g. CAPA SOP) or activity record. When a referenced template is updated, affected records are marked as ''outdated'' and responsible users are notified. This helps maintain visibility over template changes and ensures documents referencing them can be reviewed if needed.

With Template References, you can:
-
Add the Reference Templates form field within the Template Builder

-
When a template is updated, users see that documents would be affected and marked ''outdated''
