Field Change Logs
- You can now view field-level change logs directly within your forms.
- This makes it easy to see who last modified a specific field and when the change was made.
- The logs for the entire form can be enabled via the History tab using the toggle “Show Field Logs Inline.”
Locking automatically generated assignments
- In previous releases, we introduced the ability to automatically create assignments to the source data record.
- With this release, these automatically generated assignments can now be locked or unlocked.
Settings for downloading uncontrolled copies
- Download settings are now also available for uncontrolled copies.
This means that you can now specify individually which content (e.g., the table of contents) should be included in an uncontrolled copy. - This allows you to adapt these copies to your communication purposes.
- We recommend that you primarily use uncontrolled copies for communication unless a controlled version is absolutely necessary.
Further improvements
- Text alignment: Text can now be aligned left, right, centered, or justified.
- References to archived documents can now also be removed.
- Warning when changing templates: If a template is changed and there are still records in draft status that could be affected, a warning is displayed.
