🔐 Custom Identifier (ID)
You can now set up your own unique identifiers for activities applying your company-specific format including texts and date variables. You can even configure when the IDs are reset, e.g. if you want to start counting customer requests from 001 each month.

🔗 Auto-associated parent activities
If you create a new activity (child) from another activity (parent), you usually want to establish an association between the two. In the template builder, you can now define that this association is created automatically!

⚡️Shortened flow to create activities
If you create a new activity (either from a quicklink or from a module/section), you can directly proceed with editing the content. The title, owner and the due date can be set later. That way, we speed up your creation process.
🗓️ Creation date as dynamic data
You can now use the creation date & time parts as dynamic data.
