Left out headings don't create unnecessary margins anymore
the headlines in the PDF reflect the settings in the form builder
step titles are always set to h1 in the viewer and in the PDF
in input fields and text heading, only the levels H2, H3, or H4 are available (H1 is reserved for step titles)
font-colors configured on organization settings are respected in the PDF for all headline levels
question titles will never shown alone on the bottom of a page while the answer goes to the next page

The template version is shown in each form in addition to the template name
Navigation items that weren't shown due to the browser window size and zoom are now collected in a "... More" item
